  1. Preheat frypa on medium heat for 2-2 ½ minutes.
  2. With the fingers, sprinkle a few drops of water on the pan. When they dance in littlle beads, pan is properly preheated.
  3. Break egg into a bowl and whip briskly with a fork.
  4. Add other ingredients, stir quickly and pour into prehead pan. Tilt the pan, if necessary, to distribute the omelet evenly.
  5. Then heat to low and cook about 1 ½ minutes or until the bottom of omelet is firm and lightly browned.
  6. With wooden or plastic spatulla, turn omelet over and cook 1 to 1 ½ minutes.
  7. Slip Omelet out of pan into a plate.
